In an email that went out earlier today from our Executive Director, Tara Sheehan, we announced the extension to April 24th for submissions for the 2020 Fall Research Conference. Below is the text of the email:
The world has changed irremediably in the past weeks.
Our commitment to the
Fall Research Conference is steadfast, and we will make sure to keep it going whatever it takes, however, we recognize that nobody is functioning under "normal" parameters. You may be receiving, or maybe you've already received, in the mail, a printed flier about the Fall Conference, which also has on it important dates, and in particular the submission deadline of 4/10.
However, given the unprecedented shift in our lives produced by COVID-19, and in line with our
previous actions on events during March and April, we have decided to extend the
Fall Conference Submission Deadline to April 24th. We hope this extension will provide potential submitters enough extra time to prepare their proposals. To that end, don't forget to also check out the weekly-updated
Single Paper Listing.
